Public Camping is not being allowed at this year's event, however Competitor Camping is still permitted, but you will need a competitors number to be able to apply. If you require a Camping Permit click on the Application Form below for a printable .pdf copy. Pre booking is essential as camping plots are on a first come first served basis.

 NOTICE

 Woodvale Rally Limited operate the Woodvale INTERNATIONAL Rally BY VIRTUE OF A LICENCE GRANTED BY THE DEFENCE LAND AGENTS, UNDER which TERMS THE FOLLOWING RULES WILL APPLY.

 These rules apply to all drivers and riders whether staff, visitors, traders or competitors anyone not complying may be evicted.

  1. The speed limit on RAF Woodvale is 5 mph, and must be observed at all times, offenders may be evicted.
  2. Pedestrians must be given priority at all times.
  3. All vehicles driven on RAF Woodvale must be road legal, anyone seen driving or riding a vehicle which is not road legal may be evicted.
  4. All of the Road Traffic Acts referring to road vehicles apply on MOD Property.
    1. This includes driving whilst under the influence of drugs or drink, anyone suspected of this offence can be breathalysed and appropriate action taken.
    2. For motorcyclists the wearing of protective head gear is mandatory, offenders may be evicted.
    3. The terms of the driver or riders vehicle insurance applies on MOD property, this invariably precludes using the vehicle for racing, time trials or road rallying. Anyone caught racing on the Airfield will be deemed to be in breach of their insurance and will be evicted without warning, unless the driver is unfit to drive through drink or drugs, when appropriate action will be taken.
  5. All Traders and Competitors are notified in their Application Forms that they must carry adequate insurance for their vehicles and trailers.
  6. Camper are notified in their Information sheet that Motorcycle, Quad Bikes and Trikes, are banned and also that Helmets should be worn by motorcyclists when proceeding onto and off the site.
